JULIE BELL
Partner
Julie Bell is a Partner at San Francisco Equity Partners, focusing on investments in the consumer products, consumer services and retail sectors. Julie serves on the Board of Directors of Luxury Link Travel Group and works closely with SFEP portfolio company Method Products.

Prior to joining SFEP in 2011, Julie worked as a senior investment professional at JH Partners, a middle-market consumer private equity firm.  During her six-year tenure at JH Partners, Bell was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing investments in the consumer sector, as well as working closely with portfolio companies.

Before joining JH Partners, Julie worked at Bain & Company, a global strategic consulting firm, where she specialized in the consumer products and retail sectors and did extensive work with Bain’s private equity practice.

Julie received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She lives in Oakland with her husband and two children.  She is an active advisor to several up and coming consumer brands, lending her expertise to help entrepreneurs build their businesses.
