INVESTMENT APPROACH
Within our target industries, we seek equity investments in companies with revenues ranging from $10 million - $50 million. Our target transaction size is $5 million - $20 million, but our strategic relationship with LMS Capital and our close ties to other private equity firms allow us to lead or participate in transactions with larger capital requirements.

Our experience shows that companies at our target stage are facing a similar set of growth barriers, regardless of industry. We have worked with numerous companies at this point in their expansion, using our financial, operational and industry resources to help management teams break through those barriers and get to the next stage of their development.

We are active investors with board representation in every situation. Our investment professionals have experience in minority growth equity investments, recapitalizations, buy-outs, PIPE transactions, and secondary stock purchases.
